Hypnozik ā Events, Sessions, Retreats & Digital Experiences
By completing your purchase and participating in any Hypnozik offering (including but not limited to retreats, live events, workshops, sessions, recordings, digital content, or experiences), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions, Waiver, and Release of Liability.
1. Substance-Free Policy
All Hypnozik events and experiences are strictly substance-free. You agree that you will not be under the influence of, nor bring, any drugs or mind-altering substances, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, mushrooms, LSD, MDMA, ketamine, hapeĢ, plant medicines, or any similar substances.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry or immediate removal without refund.
2. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Activities may involve emotional, psychological, or physical experiences, including but not limited to emotional release, physical movement (such as hiking, swimming, or dancing), and deep meditation or altered states of awareness.
You knowingly assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation, including travel to and from the event location.
3. Waiver & Release of Liability
You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Hypnozik and Gabriel Nohra, including their affiliates, staff, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns (āReleaseesā), from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Medical Disclaimer & Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that Hypnozik offerings are not medical or psychological treatment. No diagnosis, therapy, or medical advice is provided. Experiences are meditation-based and designed for relaxation, awareness, and clarity.
You confirm that you are medically and mentally fit to participate and that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Hypnozik or its representatives to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf. You agree to assume all related medical costs and acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own health insurance.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your participation or conduct.
6. Property Damage
You agree to be financially responsible for any damage to facilities, equipment, or property caused by your willful actions, negligence, or recklessness.
7. Photography & Video Release
You grant Hypnozik and Gabriel Nohra permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of you taken during the event for social media, websites, marketing, and print or digital publications.
You understand that no compensation or royalties will be provided, that all photos and videos become the property of Hypnozik, and that you waive the right to inspect or approve the final media.
Personal photography or video recording is not allowed during the main participatory journey, except during designated times before the experience begins. Please be respectful of othersā privacy.
8. Non-Refund Policy
All purchases are final. All services, events, sessions, and digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hypnozik and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
11. Acceptance
By completing your checkout and participating in any Hypnozik offering, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree voluntarily and without coercion.
